Working with skill catalogs can be quite a challenge for teachers who are not very experienced in working with the Formative Skill Assessment methodology, especially if they did not have the opportunity to participate in training as part of the “AION” project. To meet their needs, we have developed a set of training courses in each of the areas discussed in the project. They allow you to acquire basic competences in individual professional areas. The courses also contain simple tools for functional diagnosis that allow you to determine the level of competence at the beginning and after the end of the course. The proposed courses are a kind of methodological framework for courses/classes, which each teacher should supplement with their own preferences and resources available in the workshop. Initially, we planned to make these materials more specific, but they could be unusable in diverse school conditions. Therefore, a lot of space was left for teachers to adapt and be creative by creating a basic structure of the courses.
